    Welcome, nice to see you!

Do your boys eat the eggplant well? I’ve never even tried eggplant myself…I bet that Husband o’ mine would like it, though.

No menu plan posted at my blog this week, but I still enjoy browsing others!

Welcome to MPM! I just started last week (though I’ve been doing menu plans for a few years now). Being vegetarian I’m keen to try your eggplant ricotta bake and have already printed out the recipe.

Cheesy Kale Crisps: We rarely eat kale now that our farm share is over, and I want to fix that. I've wanted to try using nutritional yeast, and this recipe looks like a tasty way to do it.

"Shake It Out" by Florence + the Machine. This song reminds me of Annie Lennox, and I love tracks that include a huge, gospel-like chorus.
