mpm8 Menu Plan Monday, 1/7   1/13

Monday: 40-clove garlic chicken, roasted asparagus

Tuesday: chicken soup & noodles (made from carcass of Monday night’s chicken)

Wednesday: spinach & turkey meatballs & spaghetti for my mom & the boys (we didn’t wind up eating this last week)/women’s night out for me!

Thursday: beef & barley soup, roasted Brussels sprouts, challah

Friday: Shabbat dinner at school/taking J. out for his birthday!

Saturday: Hungarian goulash & egg noddles, sesame broccoli

Sunday: dinner with my parents/undecided

    I hope you and J like the beef and barley soup! Don’t forget to add Worcestershire sauce (longish pour) and red wine (1/2 to 1 cup) for delicious flavor!
