I like pretty much every vegetable, but can't stand cauliflower raw...so I am gong to try this. You told me about it before, but it is now officially on my list of things to do. Maybe you can hook me up with your dealer;o)

Roasting is like magic. It transforms pretty much any vegetable into something extraordinary! Will have to give the spicy and curry versions a try.

I really love roasted cauliflower - especially with olive oil, s&p and a pinch of ground red pepper. Yummy! A happy coincidence that it's a superfood -- I'd eat it anyway!

I agaree, roasted cauliflower is really so delicious, and it's easy to make too. I think just about anyone would like this, even if they don't think they like cauliflower.
