		<description>It&#039;s nice to hear that you&#039;re thinking about how to reduce your food waste and are considering composting again. I wholeheartedly agree that we should try to eliminate barriers to composting, whether it&#039;s buying BioBags or building a new compost bin. 

I just use any old Tupperware container to store my compost in the kitchen. I keep the top off to avoid it going anaerobic and getting smelly--rotting accelerates without air. Also, I keep the odor down by bringing it out to the compost pile every day or two.
