		<description>I tried that beef and chick pea dinner after reading about it here a couple weeks ago, with brown rice cooked in broth and a tomato-cucumber salad with feta and a lemon vinaigrette and it was wonderful!  I didn&#039;t use the spike seasoning, cooked lots of onion and garlic with the meat, added a huge, juicy tomato to the mix, diced up, at the point that it says you can add some of the bean liquid, and didn&#039;t add any broth or other liquid.  It was quite good.</description>
