081204salt Win More Than a Pinch of Salt Quick: Marx Foods is giving away a flight of finishing salts in a contest on their blog. They’re announcing the winner on Monday, December 8th, so go enter now. (It’s not clear when they stop accepting entries.)

The lucky winner receives Ritrovo’s Artisan Salts Collection, which includes mixes such as Truffle & Salt and Sweet & Salt with Italian sea salt as a base. It’s a $120 value, so probably not something you’d buy for yourself even as a treat. Wouldn’t it be nice to get it for free?

I debated keeping this contest to myself so I’d have a better chance of winning, but it would be fun to have a Chick in the Kitchen reader win, too!
