&lt;strong&gt;I think it would probably be fine... the first time I made this recipe I used regular white flour, and since it also worked with the whole wheat, I bet whole wheat pastry would be OK. I&#039;ve never actually used pastry flour of any kind, though!  -- Dara&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
