greenmpm Menu Plan Monday, 2/9 2/15

This week the stand-out was Chicken with Mushrooms and Peas, from Rachael Ray. It was really good and easy, and I’ll make it again.

Otherwise, I’ve just been babbling about my favorite store brand. What’s yours?

Monday: Ropa Vieja (crock pot), egg noddles (bumped from Sunday)

Tuesday: Bagels, scrambled cheesy eggs, fruit salad

Wednesday: Bring in pizza for the boys, I’m out to dinner with friends

Thursday: Slow Cooker Ratatouille with whole wheat spaghetti

Friday: Roasted drumsticks, spaghetti squash with sauce on the side, challah

Saturday: Valentine’s Day! Dinner date at home (take out)

Sunday: Spicy Cheese Enchiladas, Spanish rice, green salad

Cheesy Kale Crisps: We rarely eat kale now that our farm share is over, and I want to fix that. I've wanted to try using nutritional yeast, and this recipe looks like a tasty way to do it.

"Shake It Out" by Florence + the Machine. This song reminds me of Annie Lennox, and I love tracks that include a huge, gospel-like chorus.
