Menu Plan Monday, 5/25 – 5/31

We had some delicious meals last week: Coconut Crunch Chicken, Dimer Dalna (Egg Curry), and Turkey Sliders.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend, and I hope you did too. Now, on to the week ahead.

Monday: Take out

Tuesday: Personal Boboli pizzas with mushroom and red pepper topping for the boys; Triple Tomato Sauce with Ziti for me and Jason (this is the third time I’m bumping it!)

Wednesday: Crock Pot Coq au Vin, egg noodles, steamed green beans

Thursday: Baked Lemon Pasta, garden salad, dinner rolls

Friday: Shabbat dinner at my parent’s house

Saturday: Slow Cooker Ratatouille, spaghetti, French bread

Sunday: Friends here for a BBQ lunch (TBD), so leftovers or something light from the fridge for dinner
