Hi!! Dara, this is one my all time faves!! My mom has been making this for years and we are not Jewish!! It is a hit with gentiles as well and mykids ADORE it!! Best thing is, it is super easy!!!

I am going to have to dust off my apple cake recipe… I usually make mine for Rosh Hashanah as well, but I made apple brownies this year – not again. I am seriously craving an apple cake.
