I am giddy over the huge, gorgeous cauliflower we received this week. Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables, and as I told my aunt on the phone today, this one is so perfect I almost wanted to pet it. Yes, my CSA inspires a little lunacy sometimes.

We also received sweet potatoes, beets (no greens), arugula, lettuce mix, 2 onions, and 3 peppers. But I didn’t want to pet any of them.
