Ok Dara, you rescued me when I was running late and met Em at the bus for me — then fed her these cookies as the ultimate after school snack, then sent me home with a big bag of them. You are one amazing friend on so many levels! These are really, really delicious – and we polished off the bag by bedtime. They remind me of my Grandmother’s sheet cookies (except those have egg in them and are sprinkled with nuts, and are cut into diamond shapes). Yum!
