		<description>I am about to make the white bean/kale soup again...but I am a bit annoyed that I can never find kale here that looks like yours...we have 3 kinds that I can find here...and I&#039;ve looked...green, purple-ish or white...all the same shape...more of a head of lettuce shape.  I&#039;d really like to be able to buy that kind!:)

&lt;strong&gt;The kale I have is called Toscano, or also dinosaur or lacinato kale. I can&#039;t recall seeing any type of kale in my grocery store, by the way... I&#039;m going to look next time.
