Menu Plan Monday, 5/17 – 5/23

Last week I learned I still don’t care for quinoa. This week I want to make Momofuku Milk Bar’s Compost Cookies so I can stop thinking about them already. I blame Jodi (for the cookies, not the quinoa).

Monday: C.O.R.N. (Clean Out Refrigerator Night)

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Vindaloo (leftovers from the freezer), egg noodles, roasted broccoli

Wednesday: A.’s choice — either eat out or I’ll cook

Thursday: Latin Baked Chicken (from June 2010 Cooking Light), Spanish rice, green vegetable

Friday: Roasted chicken, edamame, challah

Saturday: Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burritos (bumped from I can’t remember when… yes still), rice, green salad

Sunday: Order in
