CSA 2010, Week 21
October 28, 2010

We received collard greens, lettuce mix, potatoes, a big bag of carrots, 2 heavy butternut squash, 2 onions, 1 head of garlic, braising greens, broccoli, a quart of beefsteak tomatoes, and an arrowhead cabbage.
It was a raining when I picked up my share this week, and I got soaked running from the car to the student center. Feeling a little resentful about needing to deal with both collards and braising greens in the same week, but thankful for the bounty of two butternut squash.
