Menu Plan Monday, 11/29 – 12/5

We made a Crock-Pot Italian pot roast last night (small roast from J.’s Behind the Meat Counter course with tomato sauce, onions, and potatoes), which was warm, homey, and a perfect conclusion to a long and chilly holiday weekend.

Monday: Sauteed chicken, edamame, challah

Tuesday: Lentil Soup, garden salad, whole wheat rolls

Wednesday: Latkes, sour cream, apple sauce, leftover soup

Thursday: Baked Ziti, garden salad, ciabatta rolls

Friday: Bob’s Cold Sesame Noodles, Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli, rice (doubling this to bring to another family as well)

Saturday: Order in or go out

Sunday: Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burritos, rice, salad
