Last week I made a fantastic new chicken recipe, Honey Spiced Chicken Thighs. So good! It’s funny how you can stumble upon a winner when you least expect it — a tweet about this recipe caught my eye and now I have what is perhaps my favorite chicken dish I’ve cooked this year.
Keeping it very low key as we hurtle towards the end of 2010. Even though Hanukkah is over, this time of year always seems busy and packed with extra get-togethers, travel, and family. Posting is going to be light through the end of the year, but I promise to check back in with details on what kinds of nibbles I’m going to make for New Year’s Eve.
Monday: Chicken noodle soup (from the freezer), carrots and celery, challah
Tuesday: Polenta Lasagna with Creamy Mushroom Sauce, green salad, dinner rolls
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Vegetarian Lentil Soup (from the freezer), grilled cheese sandwiches
