Menu Plan Monday, 3/21 – 3/27

The flip side of a week where you raid your freezer leftovers is that you need to replenish them! That’s where I’m at this week, so I will be making double batches of everything to restock.

Monday: Spinach Lasagna Roll-Ups, garden salad (bumped from the day before)

Tuesday: Chicken & Figs, whole wheat egg noodles, roasted asparagus

Wednesday: Roasted chicken pieces, steamed green beans, challah rolls

Thursday: Baked (Beef) Meatballs, marinara sauce, whole wheat spaghetti, garden salad

Friday: Chicken Soup, leftovers, challah

Saturday: Out to dinner

Sunday: Slow Cooker Vegetable Barley Soup, whole wheat dinner rolls
